Director of Communication

Scott has 30 years of hands-on process consulting, strategy and business communication experience. He has developed continuous innovation programs in both government and private sectors, including helping to architect Denver’s Peak Performance, environmental compliance programs, and a principal trainer for the Colorado State Lean (SOLVE) methodology.

Working together with senior managers, he has brought thought leadership and execution to performance improvement programs, IT solutions, and development of tools, frameworks and communication vehicles needed to ensure adoption. Scott has a collaborative style that has helped leaders at all levels of organizations instill skills and operational competency within their teams.
